1 egg white
1 t. water
1 - 12 oz can salted mixed nuts
1 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until frothy; add water & beat again. Fold in nuts. Stir in cinnamon and sugar.

Cut brown bag to line 14x17" baking sheet. Spread nuts on brown paper and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. When cool, remove, break apart, and store in airtight container.
