1 C. oil
2/3 C. water
4 beaten eggs
2 C. pumpkin
3 C. Sugar
3 1/2 C. Flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 C. chopped nuts

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Combine oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, and sugar; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together, add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well and add nuts. Divide evenly into 3 pans. Bake at 350 F. for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool before removing from pans. Wrap in foil. Keeps and freezes well. Stay moist
