1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 beaten egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced raw apples (or more)



Topping:
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together then add remaining ingredients (except topping). Pour into unbaked pie shell (9 inch). Bake 15 minutes at 400 . Then put oven at 350 for another 30 minutes. During last 10 minutes of baking, crumble topping mixture over the top.
