1 lb. hamburger
2 medium chopped onion
1 can creamed chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pound hamburger in skillet until meat is well browned. Drain fat from hamburger and combine with the remaining ingredients. Mix together, place in casserole dish and cook for 30 minutes at 350 covered. Uncover and cook another 30 minutes. Take from oven and spread 1 can chow mein noodles over top. Bake another 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
