8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 T. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, or less
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion

Cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and make into a ball. Roll in parsley or walnuts, chopped fine, and chill.
