1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 T. butter
1 lbs. strips of beef or ground beef
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 - 8oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 T. minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter till transparent. Add meat, cook and stir until meat looses color. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup, with 1/2 can of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream, heat. Top with parsley. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
Serves 5.
