Ingredients:  
7 - 10 potatoes (1 layer in bottom of Dutch oven), boiled, drained, cooled, peeled, chopped.
Dressing:
1 c. mayo
about 6 oz. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. diced onion
2 t. cider vinegar
2 t. French's mustard
1 t. sugar
2 - 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
salt, pepper, celery seed, to taste

Mix dressing, add potatoes. If potatoes are dry you may need to add more mayo.
