1- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, torn.

Dressing:
3/4 c. olive oil
Juice 1 lemon (2T)
1 clove garlic
pepper to taste
1 T. Worcestershire
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 can anchovies
1 egg coddled (boiled 1 min.)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients.
Toss with greens, fresh grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
