What you will need to toast the seeds;
large bowl
cookie sheet
strainer
butter
salt or cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Seperate the pumpkin seeds from the pulp and put the seeds in a large bowl.
Clean and rinse the seeds with water, drain with strainer. Dry seeds with paper towel.
Coat cookie sheet with a little butter.
Spread the seeds out evenly on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt or other spices.
Cook in oven at 375º for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
