3- 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cr. mushroom soup
1 T. A-1 steak sauce
small can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place meat in Dutch oven. Mix other ingredients (like a paste) and spread over meat. Bake 3 hrs. Let stand 5 min & slice. Serve with self made gravy. You may place veggies around meat during last 1 - 2 hrs.
