Old Fashioned Cure Brisquit - Spicy
(choose pieces with fat on only one side and not through the middle)
Trim fat off

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 45 min per pound. 30 min before ready, add potatoes. Turn heat up to re-boil. Take out meat & add cabbage and carrots for 20 min. When cabbage is ready, so are other veggies.
