2/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. bisquick original baking mix Sauce (below) 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese 1/2 pkg (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (4-6 oz)
Sauce: 6 oz tomato paste 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauce : Mix all ingredients.
Heat oven to 425º. Grease glass pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle 2/3 cup onion and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese in pie plate.
Stir milk, eggs and baking mix with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 20 minutes. Spread sauce over top. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is light brown. Cool 5 minutes.
