2 c. Bisquick Original baking mix
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Greese bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups.

Beat egg slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups.

Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
