1 pound hamburger meat
1 can Hot Rotel Tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2-3 jalapeno peppers (chopped with seeds)
1/2 cup dark chili powder
2 tbsp Tobasco sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 can Ranch Style beans with jalapeno peppers
salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger meat, onions and garlic. Add rotel, tomato sauce and other ingredients. Add water if needed. Allow to simmer on low on stovetop (or in crock pot) for a couple of hours. Remember, you MUST be BRAVE to eat this!

Be sure to take your Pepcid AC at least 1/2 hour before consuming this chili. Keep plenty of ice water handy while you are eating it! If you must tone it down, add ketchup, grated cheese and fritos!
