1 large ham steak chopped into bite size pieces 1 lb Broccoli florets 1 stick butter 1 onion chopped 4 cloves of garlic chopped 1 package sliced mushrooms 1 lb Pasta
Start boiling water for Pasta Steam Broccoli till tender and put aside In a large frying pan fry onions and garlic in one quarter of the stick of butter Add Ham and mushrooms Cook Pasta and toss with remaining butter, salt and pepper to taste Add ham mixture and broccoli Top with grated parmesan cheese
