12 oz Fettucini Pasta
2 qt Whipping Cream
8 Egg Yolks
4-6 Chicken Breasts
12 T Unsalted Butter
1 container fresh Parmesean Cheese
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook noodles and sautee chicken, set aside. Pour cream into warm pan. Beat yolks and pour them into cream slowly while you whip. Add butter after cream thickens and add cheese and pepper. Pour over cooked noodles and lay sliced chicken on top.

This is another great recipe from my friend, Jane. I always request this when we get together. Funny ...she never requests me to cook for her.... Wonder why?!?! Ha Ha
