1 c. uncooked Rice
2 c. Sour Cream (may omit)
2 c shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Cheese
1-2 cans chopped Green Chilies
2 c. Chicken or Turkey
1/4 t. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 1 c. water. Stir remaining ingrediants into rice. Pour into pyrex. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.
