6 sllices buttered Bread w/out crust (cut into 9 pcs.)
8 oz grated Sharp Cheddar
1 1/2 lb Sausage
6 Eggs
2c. Half n Half
1 t. Salt
Paprika
1/2 t. Bean Monde
1/2 t. Dry Mustard
1/2 t. Worchestershire
dash of Tabasco

Best if prepared the day before and refrigerated overnight.

Brown sausage and drain. Place bread on bottonm of 9x13 pyrex. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Put sausage over cheese. Blend eggs and remaining ingrediants. Pour this on top and sprinkle with lots of Paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
