2 c. Minute Rice
1can Frozen Orange Juice, thawed
4-6 thick Pork Chops
1 can Chicken & Rice Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Pour rice in greased 9x13 pyrex. Pour OJ over rice. Lay Pork Chops on top and pour soup over them. Cover tightly w/ foil. Bake for 1 hour at 375. Remove foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
