1 lb ground Beef
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1 clove minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 sm jar of sliced Mushrooms
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Parsley & Chives to taste
6 oz thin Egg Noodles
1 pint Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown: Beef, Onion, Garlic, Salt & Pepper
Add: Mushrooms, Soups, Parsley and Chives
Cook Noodles in boiling water, drain and combine with above.
Fold in Sour Cream. Bake in 9x13 pyrex for 30-40 min at 350.

My cousin, Jana, and I attended a women's group at our church. The group was called "Apples of Gold". This was one of the recipes that we were given by Judy Sell. Jana and I loved going to our meetings and eating the yummy food that the women taught us to make.
