3 4oz cans whole, seeded Green Chilis
1 1/2 c Milk
Salt to taste
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
4 Eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1 lb browned Hamburger Meat
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses, layer into dish. Start with chile then cheese until all is used. Mix eggs, flour, milk and heat until warm. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered. Serve hot.
