8oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
4 tsp. jam
2 - 8oz. crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread out dough and press perforations to seal. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough and slice into 8 strips. Roll up each strip and pinch edges to seal. Place on a cookie sheet swirl side up and flatten each danish lightly with the palm of hand. Using your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each danish and fill with jam. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 pastries.
