3 4 lbs. ribs cut into pieces
Onion
Lemon

Sauce:
1 cup catsup
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Place ribs in roast pan, meat side up. Add sliced onion and sliced unpeeled lemon. Roast 30 minutes.
Boil the sauce ingredients.
Pour over ribs and bake for an hour, basting every 15 minutes. Add more water if needed.
