Halibut fillets
Olive Oil
Butter
!/2 cup white wine
Lemon juice
Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté fish in oil and butter until done. Remove fish and place on a warm plate. Add some more butter and the wine to the pan drippings and keep stirring. Add some lemon juice an stir until it is mixed. Add parsley at the end. Add the fish to the fry pan and coat with the sauce. Serve and pour sauce over the fish.
