1 ½ to 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz. sour cream
Onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Milk
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with onion for ½ hour. Shred or chop in bite size pieces and put in a casserole. Stir together the sour cream and the chicken soup. Add a little milk to the mixture. Layer sour and chicken in the casserole. Smash 1 pkg. of crackers and add 1 stick of melted butter. Mix together and sprinkle on the top of the chicken mixture. Bake until brown at 375° for 30 – 40 minutes.
