2 cup cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
small can green chilies, chopped, no seeds
cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 corn tortillas cut in fourths
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 avocado, sliced
Cherry tomatoes

Combine chicken, broth, soup, chilies, onion and garlic in glass bowl. Cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring once. In buttered 2 qt casserole, layer half of the tortillas, half of the chicken mix and 1/2 cup each of the cheeses. Repeat layers, omitting cheeses. Cover. Microwave on high for 10 min, turning turn after 5 min. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes longer. Garnish with avocado and/or cherry tomatoes. Serves 6.
