4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
Linguini, cooked and rinsed in cold water
˝ lb. mushrooms
3 – 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
Olive oil
Chopped garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the chicken into a large dish and keep warm. Sauté the tomatoes in olive oil and add the garlic until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Melt 2 T butter in the pan and add the cream and cheese. Add the cream sauce to the pasta. Toss with the chicken and the vegetables and serve.
