1 whole chicken, cut up
Margarine – 1 stick
½ cup water
½ cup white wine
1 tsp rosemary
1 ½ tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place a cut up chicken skin side down in a jelly roll pan.
In a saucepan, melt margarine and add water, wine, rosemary and garlic salt. Mix well and pour over chicken.
Marinate 2 hours or more is desired.
Bake in 400° oven for 1 hour turning once.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
