6 ckicken breasts (boneless & skinless) 1 8oz. pkg. neufchatel cheese 1 can cream of chicken 1/2 envelope of Italian dressing mix
Place chicken in crockpot. Pile on cream of chicken and neufchatel cheese. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix on top. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or 3-4 hours on high. Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
