1 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 c. Butter or Margarine ~ Melted
2 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast ~ Cubed

Dash of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper in a shallow bowl. Place melted butter in another bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15~20 minutes or until juices run clear.
