2 lbs. sirloin steak 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup canned beef broth 2 Tbs. dijon mustard 3 Tbs. minced parsley
Cut steak into strips and saute in skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat and add the garlic and water. Boil until reduced by half. Add broth and mustard, stirring until slightly thickened and add the parsley. Return the meat to the pan. Heat with sauce and serve.
