2 cups salt
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
2/3 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Stir salt and 2/3 cup water over heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cornstarch and cold water. Stir until smooth. Place on heat and cook until thick.

Store in plastic bags. Makes white sparkly dough.
