1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (15 oz.) solid-pack pumpkin
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) chicken broth
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot coated with cooking spray, saute the onion and garlic over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the pumpkin, and gradually add the chicken broth and milk. Add the hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with a dab of sour cream on top.
