1 onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs. margarine
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 lb. lump crabmeat
3 green onion stems (scallions), finely sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute the onion in the margarine until tender. Add the broth and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Add the milk. Stir well, and fold in the crabmeat. Garnish with the green onion slices.
