4 baked potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 oz. packet Hidden Valley original ranch dressing mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter baked potatoes. Scoop out the potatoes and combine with sour cream and ranch dressing mix.
Fill skins with mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375.
