Directions:
When I was a boy we always took our lunch to school and we carried our lunch in a recycled syrup pail. We usually took a sandwich that had homemade bread, crackers or cornbread.
A sandwich would be peanut butter on bread and add sliced sweet pickles.
We would have homemade cake or pie for dessert.
On special occasions if your were lucky, you might have an orange to go with your lunch.
