Up to 9 hard boiled eggs (12 minutes)
2 Cans of whole beets – reserve juice
T salt
3 T sugar
6 T apple cider vinegar (overflowing)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel eggs and put into a glass container with 1 ½ cans of beets. Set aside. Pour beet juice in a saucepan and heat on stove. Add some water from cans (very little). Add salt, sugar and vinegar and heat to dissolve. It will foam pink. Pour over eggs and beets. Let cool and then refrigerate.
