˝ cup flour
˝ cup milk
3 eggs
dash of salt
a generous amount of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425°. Put butter in a 9x13 pan. Place pan in oven to melt butter.
Mix together flour, milk, eggs and salt. Make sure there are no shells in the mix if you allow a 3 year old to crack the eggs. Put mixture in pan. Cook for 10 minutes (or until sides curl up and turn brown). Serve warm with syrup.
