1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen corn
½ cup sugar
1 T corn starch
½ cup vinegar
1/3 cup cold water
2 T celery, finely chopped
2 T green pepper, minced
2 T pimiento, minced
1 T onion, minced
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook corn according to package directions; drain. In saucepan, mix sugar and corn starch; stir in vinegar and water. Add corn, celery, green pepper, pimiento, onion, turmeric and dry mustard. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes more. Cover. Chill thoroughly. Yields 2 cups.
