Use 13x9x2 pan Cook 8 oz Lasagna noodles Saute΄1½ C chopped onions & 1½ C chopped green pepper in 3T butter. Add: 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ can milk ¼ chopped pimento 16 oz canned mushrooms ½ tsp basil Layer noodles, cheeses, chicken & mixture. 1½ C cottage cheese 3 C diced chicken 2 C shredded American cheese ½ C parmesan cheese
Bake at 350° for 45 mins. Can be made ahead and frozen.
