1 lb. bacon, diced into squares
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
T mustard
Salt
Fresh endive

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet until browned. Add eggs, vinegar and water. Stir and add mustard and bring to a boil.
Lightly salt the endive and pour the mixture over the salad. Toss and serve immediately.
