4 chicken breasts – cooked ½ cup dried cranberries 1-13 oz. can of crushed pineapple ½ cup cashews (add right before serving) Dressing: ¾ cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream 1T lemon juice Gerards champagne dressing
Shred the chicken and put into a bowl. Add cranberries and pineapple. Mix the dressing. Mix it all together and serve over lettuce to hungry people!
