Several zucchini squash, washed and sliced lengthwise in 4ths
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Oregano
Tomato slices
Onion slices
Grated cheddar cheese
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the squash in a large shallow casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano. Top with tomato and onion slices. Repeat seasoning. Repeat the layers and the seasonings. Top with the cheese. Place strips of bacon over the top of the cheese and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350
