1, 8 oz. can tomato sauce
onion, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
Oregano
Italian seasoning
3 4 cloves garlic, chopped
cup olive oil
1 small can mushrooms
to 1 cup red wine (Chianti)
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and garlic in olive oil at medium temperature. Add other ingredients and finish with red wine, adding water lightly. Simmer. Serve over pasta.

This recipe is one that Gus makes frequently. Add a salad and garlic bread.
