4 cups grated zucchini (about 3 or 4 medium).
1 grated onion
cup Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten
tsp salt
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order listed with a fork. Put in cheese last because the cheese clumps together when left to set. Pour in 1 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
