1.5 lbs ham (cut in cubes), 3 cans Cream of Celery soup, 5 lbs potatoes (sliced), Onions-sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ham until brown, add onion, fry about 3 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and scrape bottom of pan to get all the brown color and flavor in the juice. Add the soups and potatoes. Add more water to almost cover potatoes. Turn heat down & cook until done.
