1 head iceberg lettuce
3 oz. Chinese noodles or fried rice sticks
3 cups cooked, diced chicken
6 T toasted slivered almonds
1 T green or red chopped onion

Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp lemon juice
2 T soy sauce
1 T prepared mustard

Directions:

Mix all the salad ingredients and then add the dressing. The recipe can be cut in half.
