dash of salt
stick of margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
vanilla pudding
chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, salt, and margarine to boil over med-high heat. Add flour & mix. Remove from heat. Add 1 egg & blend. Add other eggs, one at a time. Drop tablespoon of mixture on to greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 - 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Cool eclair shells; fill with vanilla pudding; add chocolate frosting.

You can also sprinkle with powdered sugar instead of chocolate frosting (or if you want to be really bad, do both!).
