1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flour
1 cube butter
8 oz cream cheese whipped
1 cup powdered sugar
12 oz carton of Cool Whip
3 oz package chocolate
3 oz vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat in a 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 300°. Let cool.

Second Layer:
Mix together cream cheese whipped and powdered sugar.

Third Layer:
½ of a 12 oz carton of Cool Whip

Fourth Layer:
3 oz package chocolate and 3 oz vanilla instant pudding mixed with 3 cups milk. Mix and spread over layers.

Fifth Layer:
Spread other ½ Cool Whip. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the top.
