1 box of yellow cake mix
1 small pkg instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
½ oil
Heaping T of poppy seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, pudding, water and oil for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. Add poppy seeds and stir.
Spray a bundt pan with Pam and pour mix into the pan. Bake at 350° for 45 -50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pan and put onto a plate. Sift powdered sugar over the top.

This cake is pretty much our favorite treat in our house. Since we don't have sweets lying around too much, Lindsay always loves it when Aunt Ginny is coming over because I make this cake for Auntie who always likes to have a "little something'" sweet to snack on. It's VERY hard to ignore and you'll keep picking at it until it's gone!! So yummy!
